Under general supervision, performs all phases of rigging up and down of Surface Well Testing (SWT) service line equipment at work locations to maintain control and process wellbore fluids during testing operations and provide essential reservoir information using Surface Well Testing and Surface Pressure Control equipment. Responsibilities include mentoring and training lower-level personnel, becoming a dedicated Assessor for junior SWT staff, working in various well site environments, and supporting high-profile projects. Tasks involve planning, well site surveys, equipment setup, data quality control, and customer reporting. Must have good knowledge of all service lines within Testing & Subsea PSL, typically acquired through technical or engineering education and 7 years of SWT experience. Must pass company tests or meet task guidelines, interpret P&ID drawings, perform QA tasks, pressure test equipment safely, and demonstrate knowledge of rig functions and equipment. Ability to review proposals, communicate effectively, and use systems like HMS and CPI is required. Proficiency in MS Office and HalWorld is necessary. Must troubleshoot jobs with minimal guidance and have completed cross-training or equivalent qualifications.
