Under general supervision, collaborates with customers to develop technical solutions for subsurface problems during job planning and execution. Presents solutions to stakeholders based on subsurface knowledge. Utilizes stimulation design software to develop and assist with fracturing treatment designs in designated areas. Provides on-location technical support during job execution. Works on value-added projects for internal and external customers, potentially involving multiple PSLs. Collaborates with technology and operations teams to facilitate technology rollouts and development. Supports Business Development teams to address customers' technical needs. Guides inventory decisions with Supply Chain, focusing on cost and DOI efficiencies. Works independently and assists in managing and developing Associate Technical Professionals and Tech Professionals. Skills are typically developed through experience as a Technical Professional and courses focused on reservoir and formation evaluation, well completion strategies, and well performance analysis. This is a field-based role with exposure to Business Development and other roles in PE Operations. Knowledge of multi PSL operations is preferred. A bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline and at least 5 years of PE operations/engineering experience are required.
