Hines Mexico is seeking a Real Estate Summer Analyst Intern in Mexico City to work with an assigned team across Investment Management and Development.

You will support underwriting, lease analysis, and asset management while gathering market data and inputting it into databases; develop financial analyses and contribute to development projects. This program offers exposure to top assets and seasoned professionals, with a focus on growth and practical experience.

Formación

• Strong math and quantitative aptitude.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Argus experience is a plus.
• Creative problem solver.
• Ability to prioritize/coordinate multiple projects.
• Current second-year and third-year will be considered along with final-year who will be immediately entering a graduate program.

Responsabilidades

• Possible assignments include new development projects, acquisitions and dispositions, and asset management.
• Work on Hines’s top-quality assets with daily exposure to highly seasoned real estate professionals.
• Contribute meaningfully to processes and decisions that impact Hines’ world-renowned properties through market research, due diligence, financial analysis, and a range of other responsibilities.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements include:

• Students from any academic discipline will be considered; however, a strong math and quantitative aptitude is required.
• Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Argus experience a plus, but not required.
• Creative problem solver.
• Ability to prioritize/coordinate multiple projects.
• Current second-year and third-year will be considered along with final-year who will be immediately entering a graduate program.
