Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Lead Full-Cycle Technical Recruitment: Own the recruitment process end-to-end for a diverse range of critical technical and engineering roles – from software developers and data scientists to advanced manufacturing engineers, cloud architects, and R&D specialists. You'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, managing offers, and closing top-tier talent, focusing on strategic pipelines for our most innovative positions.
- Act as a Strategic Technical Partner: Collaborate with engineering leaders and hiring managers to understand technical needs, define role requirements, and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Champion an Exceptional Candidate Experience: Ensure every technical candidate has a positive experience, reflecting Ford's values and commitment to excellence, and positioning Ford as a leader in technological innovation.
- Develop Diverse Technical Talent Pipelines: Build relationships with universities, professional associations, tech communities, and industry groups across Mexico and beyond to cultivate a diverse and qualified talent pipeline.
- Leverage Data to Drive Results: Use analytics to track sourcing effectiveness, hiring metrics, and process efficiency, continuously optimizing recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
You'll Have…
- Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal) to communicate effectively with diverse talent pools.
- 3-5+ years of success in full-cycle technical recruiting, preferably within large-scale industrial, automotive, or tech environments.
- Proficiency in sourcing passive candidates using platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other tech tools.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions efficiently with strong organizational skills.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields, or equivalent experience.

- Familiarity with ATS systems like Oracle/HCM or Eightfold and data analytics for recruitment optimization.

- Curiosity about technical roles and a passion for process innovation.
- Experience working with global engineering teams and understanding international talent landscapes.
- Knowledge of technical assessment tools like HackerRank.
