We are seeking an HR Recruiter to develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with our objectives. You will play a key role in shaping our workforce by sourcing the best candidates to fill various positions. Your networking expertise will directly influence our team's quality and effectiveness, ensuring that we have the right talent to support our long-term vision.


Job Overview:
The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, with a specific focus on recruiting experts in digital marketing. This includes SEO Specialists, Web Developers, Content Writers, and other related roles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing and placing high-caliber digital marketing professionals and will be adept at understanding the unique requirements of these roles.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in digital marketing.
  2. Source and screen candidates for positions including SEO Specialists, Web Developers, Content Writers, and other digital marketing roles.
  3. Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  4. Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer extension, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates.
  5. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop job descriptions.
  6. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future openings.
  7. Utilize various recruitment platforms, social media, and industry networks to identify and engage with passive candidates.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing recruitment.

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience as an HR Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
  2. Demonstrated expertise in recruiting for digital marketing positions (SEO Specialists, Web Developers, Content Writers, etc.).
  3. Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and the ability to assess candidates' technical skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  6. Proficiency with recruitment software and job boards.
  7. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  2. Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  3. Strong networking abilities and connections within the digital marketing industry.

Work Details:

  1. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM Pacific Standard Time | Tuesday to Saturday, 12 AM to 8 AM Manila Time
  2. Location: Anywhere in the Philippines or Latin America.
