We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Recruitment Specialist.

Role Purpose

The main objective of the Recruiter is to attract, assess, and select qualified candidates based on technical skills, competencies, and values aligned with HSBC. They play a key role in identifying and acquiring top talent in the market, contributing to the company's growth and success. Recruiters facilitate the hiring process, ensuring a great customer experience for both candidates and hiring managers, while strictly adhering to HSBC Internal Policies and Procedures.

Principal Accountabilities and Responsibilities

• Identify, screen, and attract qualified candidates through job boards and professional networks.
• Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand expectations and create accurate job adverts.
• Develop recruitment strategies.
• Manage relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals to fill roles.
• Conduct interviews to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Maintain candidate records updated in the Eightfold system.
• Adhere to legal and HSBC policies, ensuring fairness and equal opportunity for all.
• Provide a great customer experience throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition within the banking or financial sector.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Effective collaboration skills with team members.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strict adherence to policies and procedures.

Due to urgent hiring needs, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no need for relocation will be prioritized.
