One of our companies is currently looking for a Recruiter in Mexico.

As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in driving the end-to-end recruitment process across corporate functions, including finance, legal, sales, marketing, and operations. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand talent requirements, attract top candidates, and ensure a smooth recruitment experience for all involved. From sourcing candidates to extending offers, you will foster strong engagement with stakeholders while delivering exceptional candidate experiences that align with company goals.

Accountabilities:

  • Conduct intake sessions with hiring managers to understand talent requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Source, engage, and screen high-quality candidates using Boolean searches, LinkedIn, and other creative sourcing strategies.
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through the hiring journey.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless recruitment process and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.
  • Track and report on recruitment pipeline data, providing regular updates to hiring managers.
  • Champion inclusive recruitment practices, ensuring diverse and dynamic teams are built across the organization.
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on corporate roles such as finance, legal, sales, marketing, and operations.
  • Familiarity with Boolean searches, LinkedIn, and other sourcing techniques to attract passive candidates.
  • Ability to assess candidates’ skills and ensure alignment with company values and objectives.
  • Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Experience in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and maintaining meticulous data entry.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting targets and delivering outcomes.
  • Proven ability to foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment.
