We’re looking for a seasoned Recruiter based in LATAM with a proven track record of hiring top-performing sales professionals for US-based companies. If you have deep expertise in sourcing and closing BDRs, SDRs, AEs, and Enterprise Sales roles for the US market — we’d love to connect!

This is a high-impact, cross-regional role where you’ll take ownership of full-cycle recruitment for US-focused sales roles while collaborating closely with hiring managers across time zones.


What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for sales roles primarily targeting the US market (BDR, SDR, AE, Enterprise)
  • Proactively source and engage top-tier candidates through LinkedIn, job platforms, referrals, and direct outreach
  • Conduct screening interviews and guide candidates through a smooth and engaging hiring journey
  • Provide strategic insights and market feedback to hiring managers across the US
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Collaborate with distributed teams across the US and LATAM regions
  • Maintain accurate candidate data and pipeline metrics in our ATS
What We’re Looking For:
  • 4+ years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus on US-based hiring for sales teams
  • Deep understanding of the US talent landscape for B2B and enterprise sales roles
  • Experience hiring across Mexico and Brazil is a plus
  • Fluent English (both spoken and written); Spanish and/or Portuguese is an advantage
  • Proven success in managing multiple pipelines and closing roles in fast-paced, remote environments
  • Comfortable working across different time zones and collaborating with international teams
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven
