A global meal service company is seeking a Recruiter to source and place talented chefs. This remote role requires 3+ years of recruitment experience, especially in hospitality. You will manage the applicant tracking system, track metrics, and enhance sourcing strategies. Strong English and organizational skills are essential. Competitive compensation ranges from $1,200 to $1,400 base plus bonuses.

About The Role

Biospan — private chefs & nutrition-forward meal services (UK/EU/US/UAE)

Location: Remote (LATAM) | Hours: 6:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. local | Type: Full-time

Compensation: $1,200 to $1,400 base + bonuses | OTE: $2.6k–$3.2k/month at target

Biospan is a global private chef and nutrition service. We're looking for a talented recruiter to help source and place talented chefs for our clients across the world.

Responsibilities
  • Source, screen, and interview chefs across multiple geographies.
  • Support recruitment for internal Biospan roles (incl. contract prep).
  • Own the ATS (Greenhouse): stage movement, notes, candidate comms.
  • Keep pipeline hygiene tight: role intake, scorecards, weekly reporting, balanced source mix (referrals, outreach, groups).
  • Run background checks; verify insurance/right-to-work; coordinate contract issuance (templates provided).
  • Build & maintain tagged talent pools by cuisine, dietary complexity, location.
  • Report weekly on pipeline metrics, bottlenecks, and next actions.
  • Handover cleanly to Operations with full notes, start date, and availability.
  • Improve the playbook: sourcing methods, email templates, onboarding steps.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years in recruitment using ATS systems (Greenhouse a plus).
  • Proven fast-fills in hard-to-source roles (hospitality/chefs is a big plus).
  • Strong English
  • Organised, fast, calm under pressure; proactive with same-day comms.
  • Data-driven and experiment-minded (you track what works).
