Flexport is hiring a Recruiter to lead high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for Operations. You will manage multiple candidate screens daily, build robust pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to drive hiring strategies and outcomes.

The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, employer branding, and adoption of modern recruiting tools. The successful candidate will have 2+ years in recruiting, strong organizational and communication skills, and a growth mindset to scale our internal mobility

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required; recruiting experience preferred.
• Bachelors degree; 2+ years in recruiting, ideally volume/Operations hiring.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage many parallel processes.
• Strong verbal and written communication; represent Flexport to early-career candidates.
• Detail-oriented; skilled in data handling, handoffs, and feedback loops.
• Comfort with metrics and data to optimize recruiting processes.
• Growth mindset: willingness to learn, adapt, and improve processes.
• Bonus: exposure to sourcing automation tools, or employer branding initiatives.

The Opportunity

We are hiring a Recruiter to help build our next generation of high-potential talent. You’ll focus primarily on high-volume hiring for Operations. You’ll own many candidate screens each day, help us scale our internal mobility culture, and bring fresh recruiting ideas to the table. If you are polished, detail-minded, motivated to build, and excited by volume + impact, this is your role.

You Will

• Own full recruiting cycles for Operations roles, primarily.


• Source and engage high-potential candidates (new grads, 1–3 years’ experience) to build robust pipelines.


• Conduct a high volume of candidate screens daily, while maintaining consistency and candidate experience.


• Partner with hiring managers and the recruiting team to plan hiring strategies, manage priorities, and deliver results.


• Monitor recruiting metrics (e.g. conversion rates, time-to-hire, source efficacy), identify bottlenecks, and propose improvements.


• Serve as an ambassador of our employer brand — design outreach campaigns, campus programs, referral initiatives, etc.


• Experiment with and adopt modern recruiting tools (automation, AI-assisted sourcing, outreach personalization).

You Should Have

• Bachelor’s degree.


• 2+ years of recruiting experience (in-house or agency), ideally with some exposure to volume / Operations hiring.


• Exceptional organization skills; ability to track many parallel processes without dropping balls.


• Strong verbal and written communication skills — you’ll represent Flexport to many early-career candidates.


• Detail orientation, especially in managing data, candidate handoffs, and feedback loops.


• Comfort working with metrics and data — you’ll use them to optimize your work.


• A growth mindset — you enjoy learning, adapting, and improving processes.


• Bonus (not required): experience with sourcing automation tools, personalization of outreach, or employer branding initiatives.
