Job Description
Ford is driving the future of mobility, and our operations in Mexico are at the heart of that transformation. To build the teams that will design, manufacture, and support the next generation of vehicles, we need a passionate and strategic Recruiter.
In this role, you will be more than a recruiter; you will be a consultant to our hiring leaders, a storyteller for our brand, and a key architect of our future workforce in Mexico.
Responsibilities
What you’ll do…
- Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment: You will own the entire recruitment process from start to finish—sourcing, screening, interviewing, offering, and closing top-tier talent. You'll focus on creating a robust pipeline for our most critical current and future roles.
- Act as a Talent Advisor: Work hand-in-hand with hiring managers to deeply understand their needs, define role requirements, and develop tailored recruitment strategies that deliver results. You'll provide market insights and guidance to make the best hiring decisions.
- Champion an Exceptional Candidate Experience: Ensure every candidate, regardless of the outcome, has a positive, professional, and memorable experience. You will be a primary ambassador for the Ford brand, embodying our values in every interaction.
- Develop Diverse Talent Pipelines: Proactively build and nurture relationships with universities, professional associations, and community groups across Mexico to attract a diverse and highly qualified pool of candidates.
- Leverage Data to Drive Results: Use data and analytics to track your progress, measure the effectiveness of your sourcing channels, and continuously improve our recruitment processes.
Qualifications
You’ll have…
- Full professional fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal) is essential for this role.
- 3-5+ years of proven success in a full-cycle recruiting role, preferably within a large-scale industrial, automotive, or technology environment.
- Demonstrated ability to find and engage passive candidates using a variety of tools and creative methods (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Computrabajo, OCC Mundial, professional networks, Boolean searches).
- A track record of successfully managing a high-volume requisition load with a focus on both speed and quality, supported by exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent relevant work experience.
Even better, you may have…
- Specific experience recruiting for technical, engineering, corporate, manufacturing, software, or digital disciplines.
- Hands-on experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) like Oracle/HCM or Eightfold, and proficiency using data to report on recruiting metrics.
- The ability to think beyond a single requisition, anticipate future hiring needs, and proactively build talent communities.
- A natural curiosity that pushes you to understand the intricacies of each role and a passion for innovating and refining recruiting processes.
You may not check every box, or your experience may look a little different from what we've outlined, but if you think you can bring value to Ford Motor Company, we encourage you to apply!
As an established global company, we offer the benefit of choice. You can choose what your Ford future will look like: will your story span the globe, or keep you close to home? Will your career be a deep dive into what you love, or a series of new teams and new skills? Will you be a leader, a changemaker, a technical expert, a culture builder…or all of the above?
