Job summary

Boldr is seeking a Shipping Scheduler in Mexico to coordinate logistical resources for field teams, assign crews and equipment, and route trucks efficiently. The role ensures real-time updates, strict adherence to schedules, and smooth collaboration between Field Operations, Customer Experience, Warehouse, and Logistics leadership.

The ideal candidate has 2-3 years in dispatch or logistics, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work during US business hours.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics, operations support, or a related field preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn dispatch tracking systems.
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Attend pipeline meetings to understand upcoming project scopes and logistics needs.
• Build and manage daily delivery and retrieval routes based on job complexity, geography, and team skill level.
• Assign trucks, crew members, and required equipment to all scheduled activities.
• Coordinate truck availability and route timing to avoid delays and reduce idle time.
• Monitor incoming messages and system updates to address changes.
• Track field teams in real time using dispatch tracking software.
• Respond to issues and adjust routes or team assignments as needed.
• Provide live field support to crews and escalate when necessary.
• Coordinate with warehouse teams for loadouts or pickups.
• Communicate updates with Customer Experience to align on delivery windows.
• Relay changes to job timing or order details for a seamless customer experience.
• Serve as liaison between field teams and office staff.
• Document exceptions and challenges in dispatch logs.
• Maintain project statuses and inventory updates in systems.
• Support DOT reports and field safety documentation.
• Help monitor supply inventory and cover scheduling during absences.
