On behalf of Jules, a staffing company, we are looking for a Sales Acquisition for Real Estate to join the team of our client in the USA.

Location: Remote (Working hours: 11 AM - 8 PM Central US Time, flexible to 9-5 if necessary). Position overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales / Senior Acquisitions Specialist. The primary responsibility is to drive property acquisitions by sourcing opportunities, conducting market analysis, and negotiating favorable terms with property sellers.
Key Responsibilities / Responsabilidades
- Property Sourcing: Identify and pursue acquisition opportunities through cold calling, networking, online databases, and other lead-generation methods.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify undervalued properties; assess investment potential by evaluating market conditions, property values, and relevant data.
- Due Diligence: Perform comprehensive due diligence including financial analysis, property inspections, and legal reviews to ensure viable investments.
- Negotiation & Offer Making: Engage with sellers to negotiate purchase agreements and present competitive offers aligned with the company’s strategy.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, and other professionals to facilitate current and future acquisitions.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver presentations to partners and investors highlighting potential acquisitions.
- Performance Tracking: Track acquisition progress and maintain records of interactions, offers, and deals in CRM systems.
Key Requirements / Requisitos Clave
- Experience: 3-5 years in acquisitions, sales, or related field. Prior real estate acquisitions experience preferred but not required.
- Sales Skills: Proven track record in sales, including cold calling and direct outreach; strong entrepreneurial mindset.
- Self-Management: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication in English; clear communication with an acceptable accent.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with real estate databases and CRM systems; ability to manage and track sales pipeline.
- Analytical & Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to assess property values and negotiate favorable terms.
- Nice to have: Understanding of real estate markets (industrial/logistics and hospitality) and investment processes.
Compensation & Benefits / Compensación y Beneficios
- Base salary of $1,500 per month with on-target earnings (OTE) of $3,000 per month, including commissions upon achieving targets.
