Role Overview:
We are seeking talented Real Estate Assistants in Latin America to join our team. If you are organized, proactive, and have experience supporting real estate professionals with administrative tasks, marketing, or CRM management, we’d love to have you on board.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage CRMs to ensure accurate and updated client and property records.
  • Assist with different Real Estate documentation and workflows.
  • Assist with property listing preparations (scheduling shoots, writing descriptions, MLS input).
  • Provide general administrative support: calendar management, email inboxes, appointment scheduling.
  • Support real estate marketing efforts (email campaigns, social media posts, newsletters).
  • Communicate with clients, agents, and vendors in a professional and timely manner.
  • Help maintain organization of digital assets, documents, and databases.
    • Prior experience working in a real estate setting (administrative, marketing, Executive or transaction coordination).
    • Familiarity with U.S. real estate workflows and compliance practices.
    • Proficiency in CRMs such as Follow Up Boss, KW Command, or similar Real Estate platforms.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Organized and self-motivated with a proactive work style.

Tools You’ll Use:

    • CRMs: Follow Up Boss, KW Command, BoomTown, or similar.
    • Productivity: Google Workspace, Microsoft Office.
    • Communication: Zoom, Slack, Email.
    • Marketing: Canva, Mailchimp, Flodesk, or similar platforms.

    • Full-Time or Part-Time.
