About this opportunity:
Ericsson invites dynamic and motivated individuals to apply for the role of Implementation Manager. The IM role is responsible for supporting the NRO process, with a focus on the implementation and integration phases, shall take ownership of the customer relationship and be responsible for ensuring the correct and proper delivery of Customer services as specified in the contracted support agreements with Ericsson’s customers. As a part of this role, you will take charge of all implementation services, encapsulating a broad spectrum of responsibilities. These include managing the project scope, overseeing time and resource planning, ensuring effective reporting and steadfast observance to group directives, legal and financial standards, and global and local Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety norms. Your expertise will extend to safeguarding data privacy and security and ensuring compliance with approved processes and tools.
What you will do:
- Manage workforce to ensure first-time-right performance.
- Drive change management initiatives and identify improvement opportunities through continuous measurement.
- Uphold adherence to processes, regulations, and tools, taking corrective action as necessary.
- Set up and oversee acceptance procedures with customers and suppliers to ensure timely reciprocation.
- Monitor the invoicing life cycle in the implementation phase to secure optimal financial performance.
- Report on progress and deviations, providing inputs to workforce and cost management.
- Assure the quality of implementation work and adherence to Ericsson and customer directives and standards.
The skills you bring:
- Fluent English - ability to use the English language effectively and accurately in various contexts, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening. Clear and accurate communication is critical for team coordination, client interactions, and understanding tasks or requirements.
- Understanding about integration process (scripting, sites scheduling, integration process)
- Be open to rotate between Day shift- Late shift – Night shift (Low possibility)
