Job summary

Novartis AG in Mexico City is seeking a Record to Report Analyst to ensure accurate, timely financial reporting and support accounting activities across the general ledger and fixed assets. You will collaborate with Finance partners to turn data into insights, uphold compliance, and drive improvements in reporting processes.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and experience with SAP or similar ERP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and relevant accounting experience.
• Experience in financial accounting, record to report, general ledger, or financial reporting.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, financial controls, and reporting requirements.
• Experience with SAP or a comparable ERP system.
• Strong analytical and collaborative skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage general ledger activities, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial accounting and reporting.
• Maintain fixed asset records, including assets under construction and depreciation calculations.
• Prepare financial analyses and reports focused on profit and loss activities and data accuracy.
• Deliver accurate data for internal, statutory, tax, and external reporting requirements.
• Provide first-line SAP support across general ledger, fixed assets, and cash-related accounting processes.
• Partner with Finance teams and managers on decision-making, projects, process improvements.
