Job summary

Novartis Farmacéutica S.A. de C.V. in Mexico City is seeking a Record to Report Analyst to ensure accurate, timely financial reporting and support the general ledger and fixed assets function.

You will collaborate with Finance teams to prepare analyses, deliver data for statutory and internal reporting, and drive process improvements while leveraging SAP and Excel tools. This hybrid role is based in Mexico City, with no relocation support provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field required.
• Experience in financial accounting, record to report, or financial reporting.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, controls and reporting requirements.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP system.
• Strong analytical and communication skills across Finance teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage general ledger activities with accurate financial reporting.
• Maintain fixed asset records including depreciation and construction in progress.
• Prepare financial analyses and reports focusing on P&L and data accuracy.
• Deliver data for internal, statutory, tax and external reporting.
• Provide SAP support across GL, fixed assets, and cash processes.
• Collaborate with Finance teams on decisions, projects and process improvements.
