Formación

• 3+ Jahre Erfahrung in der Formulierung im Labor, vorzugsweise in der Beauty- oder Hautpflege.
• Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und in der Übersetzung technischer Informationen.

YOUR ROLE

• Develops new formulas, solutions, processes, and products within an agreed timeframe.
• Executes and manages projects and resources to meet planned objectives.
• Ensures compliance with standards, policies, and procedures; manages the lab and innovation process.
• Provides technical support services to Manufacturing and Quality as required.
• Executes process development to support cross-functional teams in achieving the completion of new technology products consistent with strategic objectives.

YOUR SKILLS

• +3 years of experience working with formulation in the laboratory (Beauty Care/Skin Care preferably).
• Knowledge of the formula development and implementation process.
• Project management skills.
• Ability to translate technical information to non-technical audiences. Good verbal and written communication, as well as computational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and track progress.
• Teamwork and leadership skills. Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Pharmacobiology, Chemistry, or similar field.
• Advanced English proficiency.
