The Hershey Company is seeking a Research & Development Associate Manager (Junior) in Sweets & Refreshments at our El Salto, Jalisco site. Lead end-to-end product development, from concept to commercialization, leveraging strong confectionery tech knowledge and cross-functional collaboration to deliver innovative snacks.

You will develop ingredients and formulations, manage multiple projects, and coach a small R&D team while partnering with Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality,

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related Engineering discipline.
• 5+ years in Product Development, Food R&D, or related fields.
• Experience leading projects from laboratory to pilot plant and industrial implementation.
• Strong knowledge of confectionery technologies and manufacturing processes.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and project management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end R&D projects from concept through commercialization.
• Develop and qualify ingredients, formulations, and processing solutions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, and Finance.
• Support manufacturing scale-up, troubleshooting, and process optimization.
• Mentor and develop a small R&D team; drive technical capability growth.
