Responsibilities

The Opportunity

Responsible for proposals, development and execution for packaging materials. Lead design strategies, performance and new products, assuring long lasting products protection from manufacturing to commercialization.

Your Impact

AsR&D Packaging Analyst your responsibilities would consist of:

  • New Products Launch and development for innovation, equipment and line extension products
  • Identify functional properties of materials, as well support and development for new analytical techniques for evaluation.
  • Identify opportunities to develop continuous improvementquality in packaging materials, equipment and products, assuring consumers preference and product design compliance.
  • Assuring product consistency, quality and manufacturing flawless processes.
  • Technical support for copackers involved in manufacturing processes for PepsiCo.
  • Develop reports and generate technical recommendations for innovation, sustainability and productivity.
  • Define, develop and approve suppliers packaging materials, guarantee materials consistency, properties and productivity goals.
  • Generate innovation projects for existent processes or products or new product launches.
  • Technology proposal of innovative equipment in industry, looking for innovation for new products.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Biochemistry, Packaging Engineering, Industrial Design, or related fields.

Experience

  • 2+ years in packaging or product development within the food or consumer goods industry, including packaging quality, innovation, material evaluation, and support to manufacturing or copackers.
  • Fluent inEnglish.
  • Data analysis andcritical thinking skillswith proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to graph and interpret data relationships, knowledge of statistics and analytical techniques for packaging validation.
  • Strong communicationand presentation skills; able tocollaborateacross all organizational levels;curiosity-driven, problem-solving mindset with an outgoing and adaptable personality.
  • Mobility to travel; strategic business vision and ability to influence; creative, innovative, and tech-savvy with an interest in continuous improvement.
