Formación

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

In this role, the R&D FSQA Analyst (Food Safety and Quality Assurance) proactively identifies food safety and quality risks in innovation projects and implements mitigation actions to reduce or eliminate those risks. This role is involved in Innovation and Productivity projects delivered by R&D in the Mexico & Caribbean OUs.

Your Impact

As R&D FSQA Analyst, your activities would include:

  • Conduct line and facility assessments for new and existing bottling plants and manage the FSQA approval process and documentation.
  • Serve as the point of contact with R&D teams (product, packaging, and process) on Food Safety discussions during the alignment process.
  • Review and support supplier’s Food Safety-related information and communicate with the respective team to address any differences from PEP standards.
  • Ensure projects are processed, documented, and delivered within timelines and in full compliance with Food Safety and Quality Assurance standards, maintaining and updating the Governance Project Tracker (GPT).
  • Maintain strong relationships with operations, regulatory teams, other TDC R&D functions, and bottling partners, while proactively identifying process improvement opportunities and providing recommendations.
Qualifications

¿Who Are We Looking For?

  • Bachelor’s degree in food science, food chemistry, microbiology, or relevant experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in quality and food safety processes in production plants.
  • Intermediate English level.
  • Understanding of quality management, food microbiology concepts, and microbiological methods.
  • Knowledge of quality assurance systems and food safety.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to digital tools and systems, with a willingness to learn new technologies.
