The Gund Company in Mexico seeks a Corporate Engineering R&D Engineer to lead external testing and certification projects and provide internal laboratory testing services to Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Global Sourcing, and Manufacturing teams. You will work hands-on with composite processes, develop resin formulations, document test procedures, and support project validation and benchmarking.

• Degree in Engineering with certificate required.
• 2–3 years of experience in laboratory material testing in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to read, write and speak English; strong communication skills across levels.

Responsabilidades

• Lead external testing and certification projects.
• Provide internal lab testing services to Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Global Sourcing, and Manufacturing teams.
• Develop and update test procedures, SOPs, and documentation.
• Coordinate with external test facilities and certification agencies.
• Support project validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) and bench-marking activities.
