This is a position with grade 15.

This position reports to R&D/Technology Mgr, R&D Career Programs.

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will support the business, collaborate with different teams, and contribute to the company's strategic objectives. You will perform tasks as directed by the program manager or leader, support ABB’s operations, and participate in the local Trainee Program. The work model is onsite. This role contributes to the Electrification Business Area in Mexico and involves:

• Supporting the implementation, delivery, and improvement of products and services.
• Engaging with ABB leaders, rotation managers, and mentors to develop technical and leadership skills.
• Participating in professional development opportunities such as webinars and immersions.
• Completing challenging assignments to deliver business results.
• Participating in formal training for personal and leadership development.
• Delivering assigned tasks/projects within the set period.
• Contributing to social events and team activities to build a broad network within ABB.

Qualifications for the role

• Major in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Science, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Recent graduate with no more than 2 years of work experience (internship experience counts).
• Willing to explore different parts of Mexico and relocate if needed; relocation assistance provided.
• Desire to learn and grow from diverse experiences and people.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter with a positive attitude, grit, and professionalism.
• Proficiency in English at an advanced level.
