PepsiCo Inc. in Mexico City seeks an R&D Associate Analyst to design and program consumer research studies, coordinate with ICC teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time and budget with quality controls.

The role requires a STEM background, ability to interpret data, and experience in quantitative consumer research. Familiarity with EyeQuestion, JavaScript, R, or Python is a plus. Fluency in English is needed.

• BS in STEM.
• Ability to interpret complex data and distill into actionable information.
• System: Microsoft 365 must have.
• Good communication skills in English—oral and written.
• Ability to manage time across multiple priorities and projects.
• High ownership, initiative, and curiosity.
• Preferred background in statistical analysis, sensory, or related fields.
• 1–2 yrs experience in quantitative consumer research, designs/systems.

Mansioni

• Design and program Consumer Research studies and coordinate with in-market ICC employees.
• Leverage CRT processes to drive time and cost efficiencies.
• Lead questionnaire generation with AI-ready data tags and ensure approval by Consumer Scientist.
• Program questionnaire into EyeQuestion software.
• Generate study design and share with field work agency and Category Lead.
• Be on call during field work and close out studies after field work completes.
• Collaborate to identify new methods to increase efficiency and quality.
• Work visibly in Microsoft Teams and Office 365 tools.
