What You’ll Be Doing

• Data entry of customer quotes (does not create quotes, only enters and prepared the data).

• Scrubbing of part numbers for accuracy.

• Monitor quote process daily.

• Communicate quote status on customer due date and advise sales to markup quote for customer.

• Monitor pending quote items for completion, notify sales for markup, download into customer format, and prepare for sending.

• Support sales team with specific tasks.

What We Are Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in similar roles.

• Advanced application of Microsoft Excel (VLookup, Logical functions, Pivot Tables, Text to column).

• Advanced English skills (will require to be involve in calls, writing emails and communication everyday with US and Canada).

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$18,508.33 - $21,000.00 MXN Monthly

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
