Jabil Mexico is seeking a Lead Quality Technician to support manufacturing quality improvements and compliance with standards. You will perform complex inspections, calibrate gauges, and analyze SPC data to drive improvements.

You will train inspectors and assist in process capability studies to ensure product quality. The role requires a high school diploma (associate degree preferred) and at least six years in inspection/metrology, with experience in calipers, micrometers and CMM.

Formación

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum six years related experience in inspection/metrology or related field.
• Experience certifying metrology equipment such as calipers, micrometers and CMM.
• Knowledge of blueprints, GD&T, SPC software and measurement techniques.
• Ability to read and write English; strong documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform quality control tests and inspections on materials and products.
• Maintain calibration programs and calibrate gauges as needed.
• Prepare SPC charts, analyze data and write summaries.
• Assist in design of experiments and process capability studies.
• Help ensure regulatory compliance and record batch history data.
