Jabil is seeking a QA-focused professional to represent the quality function within technical support, collaborating with internal teams on manufacturing-related issues. The role emphasizes maintaining QA plans, supporting process design, and driving continuous improvement across supplier and customer interfaces.

The candidate will engage in inspection processes, documentation, and training while ensuring compliance with ISO, EN4600, and GMP standards within a manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree with two years related experience or equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Basic programming knowledge or MES systems experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain QA plans and process routings reflecting planned and actual activities.
• Support quoting activities by participating in initial process design, development, and implementation phases.
• Evaluate and support inspection processes via inspection aids and guidelines.
• Contribute to training programs through development and delivery of specialized training sessions.
• Maintain and organize documentation files; implement systems for storage and access.
• Review supplier or customer discrepancies and coordinate corrective/preventive actions.
• Provide trend analysis of defects for customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Participate in vendor survey activities as applicable.
• Assist suppliers in process improvement efforts through proactive collaboration.
• Coordinate with departments on ISO, EN4600 and GMP documentation and policies.
