Una empresa de ingeniería global busca un Técnico de Calidad en Querétaro. El candidato ideal apoyará al área de calidad y producción, resolverá problemas y coordinará insumos no conformes. Se valoran habilidades en resolución de problemas y enfoque al cliente, además de un año de experiencia y educación técnica en ingeniería.

Formación

  • 1 año de experiencia en el puesto.
  • Conocimientos básicos de GD&T y uso de instrumentos de medición.
  • Conocimientos técnicos básicos en mecánica y manufactura.

Responsabilidades

  • Proporcionar soporte en análisis y resolución de problemas.
  • Coordinar contenciones de producto no conforme.
  • Realizar auditorías LPA y generar informes de inspección.

Manage the Safety Environment system and occupational health and property safety conditions to prevent occupational risks and diseases and environmental impacts, complying with the legal requirements of the organization and the objectives of the Business, as well as generate strategies to strengthen a safety culture with personnel focused on safety first, safety always.

Role Overview

The Quality Technician will provide support to the quality engineering area, production area on quality issues, and technical support related to IMI products.

Key Responsibilities

1. Provide support to the production area in analysis and problem solving.

2. Perform analysis and measurement of parts, as well as support in dimensional studies for PPAP presentation.

3. Coordinate non-conforming product contentions

4. Provide support in the analysis of problems to find the root cause of non-conforming product with the multidisciplinary team, and Interpret statistical data for the generation of reports.

5. Execute LPA audits in accordance with the program established by SGC.

6. Support the appropriate registration of online and product problems, using quality tools.

7. Generate and update inspection reports and receipts to components, master documents, visual aids, quality alerts, documents for the control of product characteristics.

8. Notify suppliers about non-conforming components.

9. Notify the multidisciplinary team: changes in documentation, changes in components, customer complaints, containment, preventive and corrective actions.

10. Manage, verify and coordinate inspection, measurement, testing and training equipment for operational personnel in the use of measuring instruments.

11. Support the administration of operational personnel who carry out containment activities.

12. Evaluate operational personnel in the stages of skill levels.

13. Coordinate and manage through JDE the warranty RMAs of the customers and properly arrange the parts.

14. Manage the quarantine area for non-conforming and scrap products.

Level of Education and Experience (Preferred)

1. Schooling: TSU/ Engineering (Trunca)

2. 1 year of professional experience in the position.

3. Basic knowledge of GD&T, Basic use of measuring instruments (Vernier, height calibrator, torque meter, ping gage, comparator.

4. Basic Rope Knowledge

5. Basic Technical Knowledge: Basic mechanics, plastic injection, overmolding, machining (Desirable)
