Key Responsibilities:

1. Serve as the global user expert within Baxter’s Quality organization for the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).
2. Ensure system conformance to regulations and Baxter quality processes.
3. Engage regularly with leaders and technical experts across functions.
4. Collaborate with IT and the global user community to enhance system performance.
5. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for the system, working with technical peers, users, and IT.
6. Represent the global user community in System Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Software Validation processes.
7. Develop, review, or approve global procedures and user manuals.
8. Define, oversee, and improve LIMS training programs.
9. Lead classroom training sessions for global audiences and train local trainers.
10. Identify and implement continuous improvement projects to meet global requirements and best practices.
11. Support the development of site LIMS SMEs through coaching and training.
12. Participate in supplier discussions to analyze compliance and assess system risks.
13. Develop reports using Cognos, Tableau, or PowerBI based on requirements.
