Job summary

Daimler Truck in Mexico seeks a Quality Supervisor to lead the quality team, drive continuous improvement, and deliver sustainable quality performance that supports operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

You will provide leadership for quality activities, ensure compliance with customer requirements, company standards, and regulatory needs, and partner with cross-functional teams to resolve defects and prevent issues.

Qualifications

Experience implementing ISO 9001 quality systems and tools.
Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the assigned quality team, aligning with safety, delivery, cost, and continuous improvement goals.
Monitor KPIs, identify trends, and implement actions to improve product, process, supplier, and customer quality.
Coordinate containment, root cause analysis, and verification of corrective actions for sustainable solutions.
Partner with Production, Engineering, Suppliers, Logistics, and Customer Support to prevent issues and improve processes.
Ensure audits, reviews, inspections, and process evaluations meet standards and customer requirements.
