Eaton is seeking a Site Quality Supervisor to direct Quality Engineering and Supplier Quality functions, mentoring engineers and coordinating with the Inspection team to drive quality improvements. You will lead supplier development, PPAP approvals and ensure compliance with customer and government requirements.

The role focuses on quality, delivery and lean manufacturing improvements, with responsibility for driving corrective actions and developing the QA program across manufacturing

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 8 years in Supplier, Process and/or Customer Quality.
• Experience leading people.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and metrology.
• Knowledge of ISO9001/AS9100 and quality registrations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership, mentoring and development of Quality Engineers and Supplier Quality Engineer.
• Coordinate with Inspection team (Final and Receiving) to ensure quality outcomes.
• Drive supplier improvement in Quality, Delivery and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
• Identify needs and develop Quality Engineering functions as required.
• Oversee Supplier PPAP approvals and ensure compliance with customer requirements.
