Flex seeks a Quality Supervisor at the Juarez Site to develop and implement quality assurance programs for electronics manufacturing and server-grade assemblies.

The role supervises QA inspections on the shop floor, quarantines and dispositions nonconforming goods, and partners with HR and production to meet quality goals.

You will train inspectors, review reports, perform audits, and drive corrective actions to prevent defects while ensuring policy adherence.

Formación

• Typically requires 3 years of related experience.

Responsabilidades

• Develops, implements, coordinates, and executes quality assurance programs to prevent or eliminate defects in electronics manufacturing and server-grade assemblies.
• Supervises QA inspection on the manufacturing floor, quarantines and dispositions nonconforming goods, ensuring policies and processes are followed.
• Trains shift guides and inspectors in quality processes; reviews quality reports; conducts audits; implements corrective actions.
