Mission:

As QUALITY PROCESS MANAGER you are responsible on achieve customer satisfaction through the control of processes and the daily management of activities and indicators that directly impact operations and product quality in ANTOLIN SALTILLO.

Responsibilities:

• Shift start leader
• Support and verification of self-inspection across different production lines
• Conducting Flash Audits
• Conducting Product Audits
• Preparation, control, and monitoring of SCRAP issues (internal rejection)
• Management of non-conforming products (blocking of non-compliant material)
• Management of internal quality boards
• Control of process documentation

What we are looking for:

• Industrial Engineering or related career.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in Quality Area in the Automotive Industry, at least 4 as Manager.
• SAP proficiency.
• NPQP or APQP certificate.
• Relevant experience in Tier 1 Companies.
• Conversational English.
