Position

We are searching for the best talent for QUALITY OPERATIONS MANAGER in Juarez, plant Horizontes.

Responsibilities

1. Quality Assurance: Plan, coordinate, and direct quality assurance programs to ensure continuous production aligned with standards, either personally or through subordinates.
2. Business Improvement: Lead or support quality improvement initiatives, analyze processes using tools like PDCA, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Lean, and develop quality metrics.
3. Compliance & Regulatory: Ensure products and processes comply with regulations such as QSRs, ISO 13485, prepare for audits, and maintain documentation.
4. Financial Management: Define, monitor, and manage the department's budget.
5. New Product/Process Introduction: Collaborate on validation strategies for new products and processes.
6. Product Quality & Control: Oversee investigations of non-conformities, approve documentation, and resolve manufacturing issues.
7. Process & Risk Management: Approve validation strategies, maintain control plans, and assess risks through tools like FMEA.
8. Strategy & Leadership: Collaborate on strategic planning, identify required skills, and lead teams through supervision, coaching, and development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or applicable sciences; Master’s or Doctorate preferred.
• 8-10 years of relevant experience or demonstrated performance.
• Knowledge of quality tools, regulatory standards, and audit processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Certifications such as CQA, CQE, CQM, CBA, MBB, or BB are advantageous.
