Une entreprise mondiale leader dans le secteur alimentaire recherche un Directeur des Opérations Qualité pour diriger les équipes d'assurance qualité. Le candidat idéal aura au moins 10 ans d'expérience dans des rôles similaires, avec une expertise en ingénierie et en gestion d'équipe. Formación

• Minimum de 10 ans d'expérience dans des rôles similaires.
• Expérience en assurance qualité dans des usines industrielles et des centres de distribution.
• Connaissance des processus qualité et des systèmes de travail intégrés (IWS).

Responsabilidades

• Diriger et gérer les équipes d'assurance qualité dans les usines et centres de distribution.
• Développer et mettre en œuvre des processus de contrôle qualité.
• Analyser les données de qualité et identifier les domaines d'amélioration.

As a Quality Operation Director, you will lead and manage quality assurance teams across industrial plants and distribution centers.

Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure product quality and consistency.

Conduct regular audits and inspections of industrial plants and distribution centers to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Analyze quality data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, logistics, and supply chain, to drive quality improvements and ensure seamless operations.

Develop training programs and workshops to educate staff on quality standards and best practices.

Monitor and report quality metrics, progress, and issues to the VP of Quality, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

Manage and mentor a team of 6 direct reports, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.

Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in quality assurance, incorporating relevant practices into the organization.

Lead initiatives to achieve and maintain certifications and accreditations related to quality standards.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and quality excellence within the organization.

Acerca de ti

Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years in similar roles, with experience in quality assurance within industrial plants and distribution centers. Knowledge of Quality Processes and IWS (Integrated Work Systems). Experience implementing PPRs.
