Celestica Monterrey seeks an Advisor, Operations Quality to generate quality standards and provide technical guidance. You will lead a team to resolve complex issues across process and product areas.

The role requires deep knowledge of quality systems, FMEA/8D, and strong data reporting abilities. Travel may be involved, and the candidate should align with Celestica's quality objectives and customer satisfaction goals.

Formación

• In-depth knowledge of ISO and IPC standards and processes.
• Ability to generate reports and present data in a clear format.
• Strong understanding of how decisions impact customer satisfaction and delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain quality system procedures and workmanship standards.
• Define process/product protocols to solve problems (FMEA, 8D, CCB, ISO).
• Provide trainings, guidance and decision making for the team.
• Explore advanced technology and methods to strengthen process quality.
• Lead task forces to address product, material and process challenges.
• Provide quality engineering service to satisfy customers.
