Flex is a diversified manufacturing partner of choice. The Senior Quality Manager role in Aguascalientes leads quality programs and drives improvements across NPIs. You will oversee CAPA, documentation, and zero-defect operations while guiding a team and collaborating with Engineering.

This position requires an Engineering degree, strong English, and proven Six Sigma leadership. You will be responsible for launching products into mass production and ensuring supplier quality and process
