Job summary

Flex is seeking a Senior Quality Manager in Aguascalientes to lead quality programs, CAPA, NPI readiness, and mass production quality initiatives. You will drive zero‑defect efforts and mentor a team to sustain high quality across programs.

We value an engineering degree, strong English, Six Sigma expertise, and proven leadership in quality strategy. Collaborate with engineering and operations to deliver robust processes and measurable KPIs for multiple NPIs.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required and knowledge of quality systems.
• Advanced English proficiency for internal/external communication.
• Experience with Six Sigma/Core Tools and problem solving.
• Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and change-management skills.
• Project management experience with NPI and mass production.
• Proven leadership of QA teams and KPI delivery.
• Experience launching NPIs with supplier quality & process validation.

Responsibilities

• Lead NPI quality programs and supplier quality initiatives.
• Manage CAPA processes and CARs to drive corrective actions.
• Create and maintain quality documentation and records.
• Provide customer-facing support and executive communication.
• Drive zero-defect operations and quality KPIs across programs.
• Coach and develop the quality team; manage personnel.
