Flex is seeking a Senior Quality Manager in Aguascalientes to lead quality programs, standards, and improvements across multiple NPIs. The role emphasizes CAPA management, NPI execution, and zero-defect operations while coordinating with engineering and suppliers.

Required are an Engineering degree and advanced English, along with Six Sigma mastery, strong analytical skills, and proven people leadership. The position offers competitive compensation and benefits in a dynamic manufacturing

• Engineering degree required (B.S./M.S. in Engineering)

The Senior Quality Manager role involves maintains quality engineering programs, standards and improvements within the organization.
