Copeland seeks a Quality Manager in Mexico to lead quality assurance and drive reliability across product lines in HVACR and related systems. You will interpret standards, coordinate with production, engineering and suppliers, and champion continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree (Industrial Engineering preferred), 5–10 years of quality leadership, fluent English & Spanish, and strong knowledge of ISO 9001, LEAN practices, and project management.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree (Industrial Engineering preferred).
• Bilingual English & Spanish.
• 5–10 years as quality manager.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems and ISO 9001.
• LEAN and PMP desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement quality strategies and standards.
• Lead audits and ensure product safety and reliability.
• Coordinate with production, engineering and suppliers to improve quality.
• Mentor Quality Department staff and drive performance.
• Investigate customer complaints and drive containment and corrective actions.
• Plan training around quality and reliability improvements.
