YOUR ROLE

As a Quality Manager on our team, you’ll supervise and maintain the manufacturing systems for the production processes of the CS Mexico plants.

In your daily job you will:

• Assist customers to resolve issues related to product quality and delivery in order to maintain a healthy and productive relationship, anticipating potential problems.
• Ensure supplier control to ensure that all raw materials arriving at the plant meet established quality requirements.
• Ensure that products and processes meet established quality requirements to ensure reliable products.
• Monitor quality on the shop floor to ensure that all process and product controls are executed in a timely manner and that necessary corrective actions are taken.
• Validate and launch new products to ensure customers that the new processes are capable of delivering products with the required quality.
• Implement and monitor the ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14000 safety management system.
• Responsible for the technical career development of the personnel under their supervision.
  
  

YOUR BACKGROUND

Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial Engineering or a related field
• Fully bilingual
• +5 years of experience as a Quality Manager
• Problem-solving techniques (8D, 6 Sigma)
• Statistical analysis techniques, statistical process control.
• IATF Standard 16949, AIAG Manuals
• Research, Creativity, Synthesis, Information Interpretation.
• Data organization, Accuracy, Systematization, Classification.
• Leadership, decision-making, effective communication, problem analysis and solution, administration and management of staff.
• PSCR
• General knowledge of VDA 6.3 is desirable.
