Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced, dynamic, and results-oriented Quality Manager to lead our Quality Assurance team in the Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of over 5 years in a Quality Management role within the Automotive Metalworking/Machining Industry. This role is critical for ensuring full customer satisfaction through the maintenance and continuous improvement of our quality management system and processes. Exceptional leadership and teamwork skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct all employees of the Quality Assurance department and be directly responsible for performance management, coaching, and hiring within the team.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education & Experience
• Education: Bachelor''s Degree in Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience: 5+ years of progressive experience as a Quality Manager within the Automotive Metalworking/Machining sector, with a demonstrated track record of accomplishments and satisfying customers.
• Essential experience with machining processes and a deep understanding of quality requirements related to manufactured metal components.
• Technical Expertise
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with the IATF 16949 Quality Management System.
• Expertise in Core Tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, and 8D Problem Solving).
