Job summary

H.B. Fuller is seeking a Quality Coordinator at its Piedras Negras, Coahuila plant. The role ensures quality assurance continuity during shifts, executes standard lab testing, and manages QA processes to meet corporate specifications.

Responsibilities include batch release, deviation handling, QMS data entry, and frequent SAP QM usage. Candidates should be engineering graduates or final-year students and be able to work flexible weekend or 4x4 shifts.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or recent graduate in an engineering program.
• Willingness to work flexible rotating shifts including weekends.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and ability to follow technical procedures (SOPs/MDS).

Responsibilities

• Perform standard physical and chemical tests on raw materials, in-process goods, and finished adhesive products.
• Authorize quality releases for manufacturing batches based on specifications.
• Identify and document non-conforming materials or deviations.
• Record inspection results in the plant's Quality Management System (QMS) for traceability.
• Use SAP to perform quality inventory movements and enter inspection data.
• Conduct quality audits and line clearance checks on production and packaging floors.
• Calibrate equipment and perform 5S housekeeping in the laboratory.
• Enforce corporate EHS policies and PPE usage.
• Prepare shift handover reports for the incoming team.
