H.B. Fuller is seeking a Quality Coordinator for the Piedras Negras, Coahuila plant.

The role ensures quality assurance continuity across shifts, performing standard lab testing, audits, and system transactions to verify adhesive batches meet corporate specifications. Responsibilities include material testing, batch release decisions, non-conforming material handling, and comprehensive documentation in the QMS, with SAP usage for quality movements and data entry.

Formación

• Active student in the final year or recent graduate of a Technical Degree or Bachelor’s Program in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, Materials, or related technical field).
• Availability to work flexible rotating shift schedules, which may include weekend coverage or a 4x4 shift structure.

Responsabilidades

• Execute standard physical and chemical laboratory testing on raw materials, in-process goods, and finished adhesive products.
• Disposition and authorize the quality release of manufacturing batches based on established corporate specifications.
• Identify, segregate, and document any non-conforming materials or process deviations encountered during the shift.
• Log all inspection records and test results accurately into the plant’s internal Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure full traceability.
• Utilize SAP to perform quality inventory movements, block/unblock materials, and enter inspection lot data.
• Conduct regular quality audits and line clearance checks directly on the production and packaging floors.
• Perform basic verification, calibration checks, and routine housekeeping (5S) of laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Enforce strict compliance with all corporate EHS policies, safety guidelines, and the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Document and escalated critical quality incidents to the Quality Manager, providing a comprehensive shift-handover report for the incoming team.
