Job summary

H.B. Fuller is seeking a Laboratory Technician in Monterrey to perform physical, chemical, and performance testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished adhesives.

The role ensures reliable test execution, accurate data generation, and strict adherence to laboratory methods and safety standards. Responsibilities include executing EHS requirements, preparing samples, maintaining labeling and traceability, recording results promptly, and supporting validation trials and process

Responsibilities

• Execute and adhere to all EHS requirements, maintain a safe work environment, and follow internal safety rules and procedures, including proper PPE usage.
• 50%: Perform laboratory tests on raw materials, intermediates, and finished adhesives.
• 25%: Prepare samples according to defined procedures. Manage retention samples where applicable.
• 10%: Maintain proper labeling, traceability, and sample identification.
• 25%: Record test results accurately and in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with data integrity and documentation practices.
• Report abnormal results or deviations immediately.
• Assist in troubleshooting process or product quality issues.
• Support validation trials and process adjustments.
• Collaborate with Quality, R&D, and Production teams.
