HITACHI ENERGY MEXICO, S.A. DE C.V. is seeking a Finance Business Partner in San Luis Potosí. The role will partner with senior leaders to deliver financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and to build business cases for new initiatives.

You will translate complex data into actionable recommendations, influence strategy, and drive improvements across finance processes, reporting and systems while collaborating with operations, sales and marketing teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 7+ years in finance, planning and analysis roles.
• Experience translating data into strategic insights for senior management.
• Strong Excel, forecasting and financial modeling skills.
• Solid IFRS/GAAP knowledge and financial reporting experience.

Responsabilidades

How you'll make an impact

• Partner with senior leaders to deliver financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Build financial models and business cases for new initiatives and investments.
• Monitor key performance indicators and identify risks and opportunities.
• Lead the preparation of financial reports in line with internal policies and standards.
• Drive improvements in financial processes, reporting, and systems.
• Collaborate with operations, sales, and marketing on business strategies.
• Support contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and capital expenditure decisions.
• Communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• Support mergers and acquisitions through due diligence and integration planning.
• Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.

Your background

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in finance, planning, and analysis roles.
• Proven experience providing financial insights to senior management.
• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and Excel.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP) and financial reporting.
• Experience with enterprise resource planning and business intelligence tools.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
