• Proven ability to recruit, motivate and lead a quality engineering team.
• Experience evaluating QA activities and driving continuous improvement.
• Support functions to implement corrective and preventive actions in a timely manner.
• Plan training programs and enforce plant-wide ESD controls and regulatory requirements.
• Willing to perform other duties as assigned.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit and maintain a high-caliber workforce.
• Develop and lead team members; provide feedback in formal and informal media.
• Monitor QA activities and impact on process yields and efficiencies.
• Provide support to ensure corrective and preventive actions are timely.
• Evaluate and schedule training programs for QA staff.
• Ensure plant-wide ESD controls and product regulatory compliance.
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
