Parker Hannifin Corporation is seeking a Quality Assurance professional to support production and ensure compliance with the Quality Management System. The role focuses on monitoring KPIs, defect disposition, and corrective actions related to supplier materials and processes.

Candidate will review engineering and manufacturing specs, interpret GD&T and hydraulic diagrams, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives and audits within the value stream.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in quality assurance in the metal‑mechanical industry, with a supplier‑focused scope.
• 1+ year of experience in design engineering.
• Experience reviewing engineering and manufacturing specifications.
• Understanding and interpretation of manufacturing audits.
• Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
• Advanced knowledge of GD&T.
• Ability to interpret hydraulic diagrams.

Responsabilidades

• Control, monitor, and improve product release inspection mechanisms for the assigned division value streams.
• Properly track and measure assigned department KPIs.
• Develop action plans for metrics that are off-target, as well as corrective actions for customer-reported issues.
• Ensure compliance with assigned Quality Management System processes.
• Control and report raw material defects with buyers.
• Analyze PPAP documentation from external suppliers.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects (Kaizens, transfers, etc.).
• Manage material disposition, process audits, and deviations with corrective actions.
