Una empresa líder en la industria automotriz en Toluca busca un Ingeniero de Calidad para asegurar el cumplimiento de los requisitos de calidad en el lanzamiento de productos. Este rol incluye la gestión de Planes de Control y la coordinación con equipos de ingeniería. Se requiere Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial o campo relacionado y experiencia en el sector automotriz.

• Experiencia mínima de 3 años en un rol similar o 5 años en un departamento de calidad dentro de la industria automotriz.
• Comprensión de requisitos específicos del cliente.
• Habilidad para coordinar con Ingeniería para desarrollar y presentar planos de control.

Responsabilidades

• Participar en reuniones de seguimiento de proyectos para asegurar que se cumplan los requisitos de calidad del cliente.
• Verificar desarrollos del sistema y preparar Planes de Control.
• Gestionar las presentaciones de PPAP según el cronograma.

Position: Quality Engineer (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

• Participate in project follow-up meetings to ensure customer quality requirements are met for correct launch and mass production.
• Verify system developments have flowcharts and process FMEA to prepare Control Plans and Inspection Instruction Sheets.
• Coordinate with Engineering to develop and submit Control Plans and Instruction Sheets for parts, ensuring timely PPAP submission.
• Manage PPAP submissions via customer portals on schedule.
• Update PPAP approval packages on the company's SharePoint.
• Maintain and update the active parts list and customer list.
• Monthly update of the 'customer performance' document on SharePoint with supporting evidence.
• Review Control Plans for active parts and schedule audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in a similar role or 5 years in a Quality department within the automotive industry.
• Proficiency in Core Tools, problem-solving, and understanding customer-specific requirements.
• Advanced English skills.
