Quality Engineer

What you’ll do:

1. Monitor and verify production and planning processes on the shop floor using Autoliv’s quality systems, ensuring alignment with global, regional, and local standards.
2. Analyze and resolve quality-related issues, implementing process changes that support the Zero-Defect philosophy and drive continuous improvement.

What is required:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field, with 1–2 years of experience in the automotive industry.
2. Advanced English, availability to work second shift if needed, and solid knowledge of Six Sigma, GD&T, and Core Tools.
